The Celebration Afternoon Tea consists of two delicious elements:

The Celebration platter of savoury canapé entrées followed by the

three-tiered Traditional Afternoon Tea stand of savoury canapés

and sweet delights.

Tuscan roasted red pepper and tomato soup finished with cannellini beans,

butter baked crouton topped with rouille

Korean jackfruit steamed bun filled with charred kimchi and lightly pickled cucumber, topped with sriracha mayonnaise and crushed peanuts

Crispy fried ravioli filled with smoked applewood vegan cheese, Kalamata olive

and roasted garlic tapenade finished with sage

Followed by the service of the traditional afternoon tea stand

Honey roasted sweet potato glazed with a Rioja reduction, finished

with a walnut and chervil crumb

Muhammara dip topped with lightly pickled fennel accompanied

with mint and garlic pitta

Artichoke niçoise salad served with new potatoes, green beans, tomato, black olive, dressed with an oregano and garlic vinaigrette

White miso baked celeriac rolled in a sticky ponzu sauce, coated in puffed wild rice

Roasted tenderstem broccoli and walnut quiche

Garlic roasted Jerusalem artichoke resting on freshly baked Fettunta,

topped with semi-dried tomato petals

White chocolate chip scone

Raspberry and vanilla conserve

Pistachio and pecan baklava glazed with an orange blossom syrup and topped

with a charred blood orange

Blueberry and kalamansi parfait gâteau

Poached rhubarb and tonka bean crumble shot glass

Dark chocolate heart filled with passionfruit pâte de fruit

All served with a large pot of tea of choice, coffee or soft drink
