Vegan Celebration Afternoon Tea Menu

The Celebration Afternoon Tea consists of two delicious elements: The celebration platter a savoury entrees followed by the three tiered Traditional Afternoon Tea Stand of savoury canapes and sweet delights.
Celebration platter:

Spicy sweet potato cassoulet with haricot beans, saffron infused harissa, poached fennel and sourdough crumb

Vegan blue cheese and walnut puff pastry quiche topped with balsamic pickled silver skin onions

~

Onion bhaji dressed with a shallot, chilli and coriander salsa

The vegan traditional afternoon tea, which is included, consists of:

Pan fried tofu, Sake infused nashi pear, topped with sushi ginger and shiso leaf

Slow cooked wild mushroom and roasted garlic duxelles on a rosemary and garlic focaccia

Artichoke niçoise salad with new potatoes, green beans, tomato and black olive dressed with an oregano and garlic vinaigrette

Honey roasted beetroot, fennel seed and orange blossom granola served on a rye cracker

Olive oil baked puff pastry bruschetta topped with roasted pumpkin, sage and pine nuts

Cavello Nero, caramelised onion and potato boulangère, sauce gribiche, garnished with sorrel

Vegan cream

Mixed berry conserve

Rocky road vanilla and chocolate cheesecake topped with brownie, flapjack and marshmallow

Apple turnover with a Calvados infused apple butter topped with macadamia nuts and Granny Smith apple batons

Lemon and raspberry pâte de fruit

All served with a large pot of tea of choice
